Ovulation and OPK results
I got a  on Thursday, but I had no physical symptoms, until Sunday (i.e., breast tenderness). Is that normal? And is there a day to stop BDing or should you just keep at it every other day (more/everyday during O-time) from after your period ends until your next period begins? TIA! I have a busy summer ahead of me, LOL!

that tenderness is probably from the increased progesterone you get after you O, so i'd say you're out of you O time frame now.
if you got the positive OPK thursday, i would count saturday as 1DPO.
and once you O, because the egg only lives for 12-24 hours, you don't need to BD after that except for fun

Thanks, that makes sense! So after the smiley, you only really need to BD for 2-3 more days, including the day you get the surge? I just want to clarify...

ITA with the above. I tend to get some tenderness after I have ovulated.
It's up to you but I would BD 3 days in a row from when you get a positive OPK.
