pacifier falling out of crib

Ever since we took DD's bumper off her crib, her pacifies keep falling out. We put about 4 or 5 in there every night, but she can't find them in the middle of the night (because they fell out).

Does anyone else have this problem, and if so, what do you do?

DD is 2.

We just took her bumper off and her pacifier is always falling out. I just keep a bunch of pacifiers handy near her crib...really can't prevent them from falling out. unless you use one of those leashes....

I take a bunch of pacifiers and roll up a blanket and make a circle and put them inside of it.
I have been doing this forever - it really works!

Oh do I ever have this problem!Chat Icon
I usually keep an extra few on her dresser & wind up going in there once or twice to give it to her. It's a PITA but if I put a few in her crib she'll just knock them right out...Tracey, I might try your idea- Thanks! I just have to hope Alex will get used to locating it.

Re: pacifier falling out of crib

The breathable bumpers work really well for keeping pacis in the crib, but they can't be used to climb out, since they just collapse when stepped on. They don't bunch up into a step.

That, and just a whole pile of pacis. Luckily, DD is finally past that stage, but it was torture for a few months.... Chat Icon Chat Icon
