pain in lower abdomen?

Hi Ladies, I havent posted on here since we got our BFP- but i am kinda concerned and have a question if anyone can help. I am now 16 weeks, and every sonogram, checkup has been wonderful. The biggest symptom/problem i have been havin is constipation. Lately even the colace doesnt help much (sorry if TMI). So heres my question- I have been having pain for like 3 days now in my lower abdomen. The pain shoots down towards my vagina. It started just at night when turning and moving- which the books say are from the uterus growing- now it is happening all the time- literally at all times. I also have a yeast infection- which im told is also very normal- that has lasted 4 weeks. As i am past 13 weeks dr finally put me on medication for it- tetrazol i think? (im not home to check). I was sick last week and put on z-pack and Robitussin.

I know a lot of info, maybe TMI- im sorry but i need an honest thought from someone before i freak out again and call the dr- Doe the pain sound like it could be just from the constipation or could it be from one of the meds (which i were told were completely safe for preg) or something completely different? I dont want to scare DH by telling him im nervous- unless i really should be nervous. anyone able to help?

Honestly, if something doesn't seem right I wold call the dr, thats what their there for. No reason to be scared and over analyze things...I am pretty sure its a mixture of your yeast infection and constipation but just so you have a peace of mind call you dr so you will feel a lot better.
