pain in my upper inner thighs/Groin area?
anyone have this.. its hard to describe but when I walk sometimes it feels like its pulling.. some pressure/achey pain in my left area.. I did yoga this weekend so maybe I pulled something but it could be baby getting lower? Im 30 weeks this week!

Is it your pelvic floor? Sore? Bruised? Its pressure from baby onto cervic onto pelvic floor. I get this every so often..my age & 3rd pregnancy is why i feel it early.

I get it sometimes. It makes it hard to work. Its just one of the benefits of being with child :)

Sounds like the start of:
Symphysis pubis dysfunction
I had it with my first 2 Starting around 17wks. If it gets unbearable- your Dr. can refer you to a Physical Therapist.
Try sitting on one of those big exercise balls to relieve the pressure.
