paint outside window trim?
can i paint the window trim on the outside of the house? its like vinyl i think?
the previous owners seemed to caulk the shit out of the windows but it looks so dirty and cleaning doesn't work.

Yes you can and it looks nice and clean. We just did that for the very same reason - the caulk job was horrible.
