Painting Outdoor Wood Fence
I want to pant our wood fence white, The Fence is just plain wood never stained or painted before. Would love to hear some tips, techniques and what kind of outdoor paint you recommend...thanks!

I wouldnt. I mean unless you get a sprayer, and do it the right way. Ive seen them go really wrong. Maybe just powerwash it and then stain it.

The problem with painting a fence, is that once you start painting it, you have to keep up with it on a regular basis. You'll probably need to repaint it every two years or so. Stain will usually last longer, but you'll still have to reapply every couple of years.
There are solid stains, which looks like paint, but acts like stain. I'm not sure if they have plain white stain, but you might be able to find something. I checked HD, and they have solid stain, but nothing in white.
