The same thing happend to us. After we painted someone told us that Behr is a terrible paint brand. My DH was so pi$$ed about it (because he did all of the painting) that we just left it. It irritates me sometime but I figure the next time we paint we'll use a different brand and have a professional do it.
Just to let you know, I used BM paint and had the same problem before I knew about pulling the tape off when the paint was still wet.

Yeah, much easier to pull the tape off while the paint is still damp. You can get it up easily with a sponge, and if it's a bit stuck, some windex.
With molding, I like to put the tape down, then a layer of newspaper on top of that. Often the newspaper will catch blobs if I didn't lay the tape down exactly right.
