Panic attack symptoms

Just wondering if you suffer from panic attacks, what are some of the symptoms you feel during the attack? I have been suffering from them for years, but not always have the same symptoms during attacks, KWIM?

I don't get full blown ones but I just had what I call a panic attack last night. It was more anxiety episode. I get warm, sometimes headachy and I feel like my heart is racing even though it's not.

Sometimes I get nauseous. I've had all of those at once and individually.

Not a great feeling, but it usually passes.

Number one for me: I notice my heart....I feel like its pounding or racing or about to pop out of my chest....

Once I realize it, then I start the full blown panic and feel like I can't breath, catch my breath or get a "full" breath.

Because of that I hyperventilate and my hands turn blue.

Sometimes I feel like I am in slow mo and have tunnel vision, but it all relates to my feeling my heart first.

For me it starts with a nervous feeling or uncomfortable feeling in my stomach and I feel short of breath.

I then start to feel faint or lightheaded. My body will some times shake like crazy until I can get myself to calm down. I've even fainted once or twice.

It doesn't happen that often but it's so awful when it does

my heart races is one and then sometimes I have to run to the bathroom like my nerves take over.

To add to the above symptoms, I get dizzy and sometimes (during bad ones) I get tunnel vision. That's the scariest for me.
