How much do you tip the party hostess's if you are having a party at a place?

everybody calm down!!! deep breaths!  I didn't know the extent of what the host was doing or where the party was even at! I would most likely give her $50. She has to make all the drinks, serve and clean up too.

We had DS's 3rd birthday at Pump It Up and when I went to tip them they couldnt accept it. I had to bring it upfront to the manager and all the tip money was split at the end of the day.
At WP, the party girls do alot. I've been to several parties there. I would probably tip them $25 each.
