Re: party menu

I would have 1 veggie hero option instead of 2. In place of that I would do a cold cut hero. I would def do a tray of baked ziti and maybe a tray of sausage and pepper or some other hot dish.

It looks like your good on salads and foods for the kids but I would add a little more for the adults. 2-3 hot trays or maybe burgers and hot dogs?

Sounds good but I would replace one of the chicken heroes with a cold cut one ( I personally love american but a lot of people like italian). I'd def do the ziti! Worst case there's leftovers. The grilled cheese sounds really cute but don't think they will sit well for long. I like the idea of a big tray of hot dogs. Super easy to prep.

Everything sounds good but do a cold cut hero option and 12lbs of pasta salad is cray. Do like 4lbs tops if you also want ziti.

Sounds delish!

I definitely do not think you need 12 lbs. of pasta salad. I recently did 4 lbs. for about 25 people, and it was way too much with all of the other stuff.

Also, I would consider increasing the mac 'n cheese because I suspect adults may eat it. I've made mac 'n cheese for barbecues before, and people go crazy over it.
