Passover Food - The Good, The Bad & The Ugly
Not to take over the other Passover food thread...
What is your favorite & least favorite Passover foods? What can't you wait to eat again? How do you get by?
I HATE jelly rings...LOVE marshmellow twists.
I can't wait to have Chinese food again
I used to make sandwiches using lettece leaves as bread.
And good luck to all the Jewish stomachs who endure 8 days of matzah

Re: Passover Food - The Good, The Bad & The Ugly
Favorite Passover Food: Barton's Seder Mints, and my dad's gourmet matzo brei (mozzerella and tomato, banana walnut, blueberry, lox and onion, chocolate chip, etc...)
Least Favorite Passover Food: Jelly Rings, Macaroons.
Can't Wait to Eat Again: Pizza and Pasta. We always break fast at The Olive Garden so that we can get the breadsticks and pasta!
How Do You Get By? I eat a lot of yummy seder leftovers that my mom sends me home with, and I buy all kinds of stuff to put on my matzo: jelly, lox, whitefish salad. I fry foods, which I never do during the year. Oh, and I eat a lot of matzo pizza for lunch!

I love Matzoh Ball soup from Adelman's on Kings Highway in Brooklyn. Mmmmmm.
I really, really don't like the obvious gefilte fish.

Favorites: My mom's chicken soup, my Apple-Apricot matzoh kugel (it's amazing, I swear!) and DH's matzoh bry.
I hate the deserts. Though chocolate-covered fruit is passover friendly!

Re: Passover Food - The Good, The Bad & The Ugly
My grandma makes fried matzah balls, more like thick pancakes actually, rather than balls. They are the most delicious thing ever, you eat them with chicken broth. By far my favorite Passover food and one of my favorite foods, period.
Least favorite- I am not sure... I gotta think about that one
