passover menu
i am hosting the 2nd seder at my house. this will be the first time we have ever done this. i need ideas for dinner. any help is greatly appreciated!

we usually start out with gefilte fish or those who don't like that stuffed cabbage. Next course is Matzoh ball soup (mmmmm). Then turkey and depending on how many people a brisket or roast beef, with potato kugel, noodle kugel, salad, and a veggie. I think there is more I just can't think of it right now. I will edit later if I remember. Also then we have those gross desserts at the end (the sponge cake and brownies and stuff)

dont forget the horseradish for the gefilte fish. and also you'll need enough charoset for everyone to make their hillel sandwiches.
maccaroons are usually the most tasty passover dessert. and also, dont forget fresh fruit and dried fruit (especially prunes!)you could make a tzimmis. there's also those jelly fruit slices and the chocolate covered marshmallows and chocolate covered raspberry rings.

Brisket and Turkey
Potatoes
Veggies
and end with a NASTY passover 7 layer cake that looks like 1 layer

in this month's hadassah magazine there is a recipe for kosher for passover chewy pecan-chocolate bars and for guatemalan haroset.
anyone interested?
