Pasta Amatriciana - OK for dinner party?
We're having our friends over tomorrow and I was thinking about making this - but I don't know if this is one of those dishes that not everyone likes since it is a strong taste from the bacon. What do you think?

I think it would be fine, but then again I love it.
When I make dinner for my friends (some of which are very picky) I just always make sure to have plenty of appetizers and sides (salads, etc.) so that if they choose not to eat it they will have some other stuff to pick on. It's hard to please everybody.
