Pasta Dish recommendations please!
Hi
I have to make a dish for 5 people for monday night - potluck type of thing...thinking pasta is easiest as I will be dropping it off earlier than they will be eating it...any ideas?

What about a lasagna?
I always use the no-boil noodles and get a ton of compliments on it.
Plus this is not something people seem to have all the time.

You can make a pasta salad -- I love a good mediterranean one...I think there's a recipe on Punchfork if you search for one..Just use standard salady things -- plum tomatoes, peppers, red onions, olives, feta cheese crumbled, and make a vinagraitte out of it using oregano. Yum!
