Pasta salad ideas?

I'm having a fall BBQ tomorrow I want to use up this prosciutto pasta I got from Trader Joe's (it's like little moneybags filled with prosciutto). I'm already making a penne caprese salad so I don't want to do anything too similar. Must be cold and preferably pretty easy (in addition to the pasta salads I'm making 2 kinds of potato salad- bacon ranch cheddar and pesto potato and a garden salad with chickpeas).

I would swap the penne for the prosciutto pasta in the caprese salad.

I made this recipe last weekend and it was rediculously good. My Picky DH and my 4 year old picky eater both loved it. It was so flavorful and creamy without being filled with mayo. I used Line 39 Savion Blanc for the white wine.

I make a cold tortellini salad all the time that's really fast.

Cook the tortellini (I usually make 3 bags) and run it under cold water.
Add 1 red, 1 orange and 1 yellow pepper cut into small pieces.
Add about 1/2 bag of shredded cheddar cheese and one bottle of green olives.
Put one bottle of Wishbone Italian Dressing on and have another in the fridge to put on right before serving because the pasta will dry out in the fridge.

You can also make a tortellini salad with fresh mozz. balls, roasted red peppers, basil and I add the Panera Balsamic Dressing that they sell in the food store.
