Paved Bike Trails?

Does anyone know of any bike trails?? Parks with paved trails?

I live in Farmingville, and nothing but hills around me...no way would I be able to ride my bike with a 25lbs trailer behind me lol. I have been driving to Hecksher State Park, which I do love, but I hate the long drive. With gas prices the way they are, it's getting pricey for me to ride! Anyone know of anyplace closer to me for riding? Thanks!!

Bethpage state park (it starts by the mass or mass park train station and goes north to bethpage state park) It's 6.5 miles each way and if you park at the station (or at one of the entrances to the parkway) you don't have to pay for the park. There is a doozy of a hill at the end going into the park, but if it's too much, you can just cut that out.

wantagh parkway. Park at ceder creek park and ride down to jones beach. i think that it is 5 miles each way.

I love that road at West Meadow Beach for biking with the kids. its a regular road but closed to cars. I forgot the distance but I think its around 1.25 miles one way so round trip is about 2.5. You can easily do it a few times... no hills at all. Then afterwards can go to the beach or playground with bobby.
