PCOS - natural remedies / supplements
Any suggestions? I know I can do all the research I want online but I want to hear it from girls who have been there before!  So far I've been dieting and exercising...but I'm interested to see what supplements I can take. Also, my friend told me about this juice - Acai juice I think it was???

I know that accupuncture and herbal remedies can be used for PCOS. Probably the best thing you can do is eat a low carb/high protein diet and exercise. I am currently doing South Beach diet to try to lose weight and hopefully improve my fertility.
