Peanut Allergy Moms or Moms with kids in a Peanut Free School
We had a Parent-Teacher conference last night, DS starts Nursery tomorrow.
We were told that they will be a Peanut Free school since there is a child in another nursery class with an extreme allergy to them.
They emphasized how important it was that we read labels on everything we buy that would be sent to school with DC, they they wash their hands before even coming to school. This little girl can't even be in the playground with the other kids if there was any exposure to peanuts I can't imagine how hard this is for her parents.
Anyway, can you provide me with a list of snacks and lunch items you send with your child that are peanut free and are not made in a facility that processes peanuts in anyway.
