PIO vs suppositories ....is there a difference??
I have only used Crinone so I was wondering if there was a difference? Is PIO "better"?

I think different studies say one is better than the other but who knows? I think the pio shows up in your bloodwork better so some doctors prefer it because it can be monitored.
I needed both for my cycle when DS was conceived. Good luck

PIO vs suppositories ....is there a difference??
For me I was on the suppositories and my p4 was super low so they put me on PIO immediately and my p4 was normal. The suppositories get absorbed by your uterus so it may not show up in your blood. I actually preferred PIO since it was less messy and it was once a day.

PIO is honestly not that bad. The only thing is your as$ stays sore. I stopped my PIO over a month ago and still have soreness.
The suppositories are easy but so messy. With my first pregnancy (DD) I spotted with them. There is also always TMI a constant discharge.
