Placenta position question...

So yesterday i had my 3D sono and she is head down and ready to go but she is right next to the placenta... is that bad that the placenta is that low? My OB hasn't received the report of the sono yet (probably sometime today). Will this cause a problem?

I included sono pic for a better idea---her face is right next to the placenta kinda pushed into her nose.

if its 2cm or less away from the cervix the dr may want to do a csection, my cousin is in the same position she is getting a sono tomorow to see if her placenta has moved up if not she needs to csection.
