Plantar fasciitis
Does anyone have Plantar fasciitis?
I've had several series of shots, have used inserts in my shoes, tried PT and still have pain.
What helped you?

You may need surgery. You've really exhausted all options.

Custom orthotics helped me. I know you said you tried inserts, but were they custom medical orthotics? For a period of 2 or 3 years I would not walk without them. Now, since its calmed down I can walk around barefoot for a bit, but I don't push it.
Also, shoes with high arch support - Such as Vionic by Orthaheel. I would wear their slippers at night after wearing the orthotics during the day.

Plantar fasciitis
I have it and the pain comes and goes. Its bad if I wear flats for an extended period of time.
I live in heels as much as possible now because they actually make me feel better.
I did PT but after a while it just got too expensive and I can do the exercise at home.

Re: Plantar fasciitis
Believe it or not but I mentioned my plantar fasciitis to my chiropractor and after seeing a podiatrist gor months w/ no relief, she treated my foot for a few weeks, gave me stretches and it's just about gone. I could barely walk, especially in the morning and now I'm back to working out at the gym.
