Plantar warts
An embarrassing subject, but I have bad plantar warts. I've had them for years. I went to a dermatologist who freezes them, scraped them, & put acid on them for over a year before sending me to a podiatrist who cut them out with a scalpel & said I'd never have them again. They were back in 9 months. Went to a new dermatologist for a year-- freezing & this one tried beetle juice! They're still here & worse than ever. I don't want to waste time with more drs who can't cure me & don't want to endure more painful procedures that are for nought. Anyone have an awesome dr for plantar warts??? I don't care where he/she is!

Re: Plantar warts
I know this might sound crazy, but my aunt told me to use duct tape when I had one on the bottom of my foot. It worked! Since then, I know several people that have used duct tape and it's been successful. Did a quick google search and found this article.
It's worth a shot!

This does work! But if you've tried everything else I don't know if this simple remedy would cure you.
Are you reinfecting yourself? Are you wearing shoes that you wore when you had the plantar warts before?

Plantar warts
My son had them pretty bad on his feet and I bought Dr. Scholls freeze away kit and did it myself at home....they turned black and it scared the crap out of me so I brought him to a podiatrist. Podiatrist told me we used a really good product and the warts were dead that's why they turned black and should eventually fall off...which they did.
