Pleae critique my menu....
I'm hosting a 1st birthday party tomorrow for my little man. The party is from 2-5pm for about 30 ppl. Please look over my menu and critique...
Antipasto Platter
veggie platter
Cheese and fruit platter
7 layer dip
hot spinach dip
Cheesy sausage balls
pigs in blankets
raspberry brie cups
spinach quiche cups
chicken wings
chicken fingers
Meatballs
guac & chips
Mozz sticks
That should be enough food, right?

Looks great.... I would probably add a baked pasta dish ---such as a baked ziti
Everything sounds delicious and just made me very hungry!!

You have a ton more food than I did for DD's first b-day. We had penne ala vodka, meatballs and bread (I don't even think there was salad) and birthday cake.

I am trying to stay away from serving any "meal' type food. It's inbetween lunch and dinner so I just want to stick with apps. If people stay, we will order pizza.

Morgan, it looks great!! And having tasted those raspberry brie cups, I am sure everything else will be delish too
