PLEASE describe your DC's days leading up to them cutting their first tooth...

I would swear she's teething...today is day number 2 of incessant crankiness and irritability....all I can say is WOW. She's a tough cookie...and she's usually NOT!

I keep feeling her gums...NOTHING. I just keep rocking her to sleep and putting her down...puts us both out of our misery =(

(She'll be 6 months old in 10 days)

DS sometimes has periods like that, which I thought were related to teething. Every time we take him to the doctor, we're told his gums are swollen and he should be getting teeth soon. He's 9 months old and still doesn't have any teeth. Even if DC is irritable, it can still take a while for teeth to come through.
