Please tell me it's not labor....UPDATE!
I have pain in my midback, pain/bad cramping in my belly (with almost the need to go to the bathroom) and I feel very nauseous.
UPDATE: I called the Dr. this morning and he told me to go to L&D and be checked.
So, per the dr. at the L&D, I had some actual contractions this morning but they had stopped. I have to rest this afternoon, drink LOTS of water and go back if they start again!
Oh.. and I got an internal... one word "ouch".

The pain is in the middle of my spine and radiate to the front.
Shoot....I don't even have a watch to monitor. I am at work already and 40 minutes away from the hospital.
Why does that happen to me?????

Please call the doctor. Have you been drinking enough? Does it feel like it could be a UTI being where it is in your back? that labor holds off..

The pain in the back is really in my mid back, not lower back.
I am trying to drink just in case it's that.

lay down...cramping in that area and need to go to the bathroom can mean labor or the onset...please call doc!

Are they coming in regular intervals?
Sounds like you may be dehydrated, drink at least 32 oz of water in an hourmand try to lay down for a bit.
Def call your doc though just in case!

I just came back from my car. Still some cramping and back pain. I am trying to drink.
Will call Dr. when they open in 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Very irregular. Almost constant feeling!

Apparently the "contractions" have subdued. It's less frequent now. I will still call the dr. shortly.
I have been drinking A LOT more water than I usually do in the morning.
Now... I remember the dr. telling me to drink or I would start early labor.

This happened to me and ended up being false labor. If you can stick out the pain, it is not labor. You couild just be having mild contractions.
When it is real labor, you WILL know
