Please tell me there is something I can take for my sinus headache!
I'm only a few weeks pregnant and I'm suffering for days with a sinus headache. Anything I can do or take to take some of the pressure I'm having in my head. I feel awful!

Please tell me there is something I can take for my sinus headache!
Tylenol. Have you tried using a neti pot to help flush out your sinuses? You can use the saline mixture it comes with or just use warm water.

haven't tried a neti pot. Tylenol is safe to take only a few weeks PG? Sorry for my dumb question.

My doctor said I could use afrin nose spray or take sudafed I would call your doctor though. I know for me Tylenol wouldn't do anything for a sinus headache. Feel better!

i get sinus headaches because of allergies...my doctor said if necessary i could take allegra (not the D kind though). ive taken it once or twice

I suffer from terrible sinus headaches regularly... and had one this wknd too and am 12 weeks. I applied alot alot of acupressure and massage to my eyebrows, took a warm shower and let the water run on my face, took 1 extra strength tylenol and stayed in the AC.... after all of that, it went away.
