I got my DD dress at Macy's. It was $55-60 with 40% off and then another 20% off with your Macy's card. I LOVED it!!

omg i just got Melanias bday tutu in the mail today..i bought it on Etsy...its a rainbow colored candyland tutu, to go with her candyland themed party..it is GORGEOUS, ill take pics sunday..im so excited!!

I'm not sure where you are doing your party, we did ours at our house outside. I bought a dress at BRU, it was adorable, but DD just wanted to play in her swing, so she ended up staying in her "dressy" shorts for the party. We never got to use the dress, I'll save it for #2's birthday, but I doubt she'll use it either since it'll also be in our yard.

Thanks! I scoured Etsy and nothing popped out at me. I'm not sure I want to go the tutu route anyway.
We're having the party at home.
Hofstra - I love that dress! I actually saw it at Macy's and Macy's online but they only had it in sizes 2T and up 
Thanks for the suggestions, I'm going to check them all out!
clwp - DD's birthday is in February, so no outdoors for us! But we are having the party at home.

DD is a February baby, as well, and for her first birthday I bought a really cure pair of pink velvet overalls and a matching bodysuit from Gymboree. They were not big overalls, they were dressier with embroidered roses on the front and on the bodysuit collar.

I did a search on pettiskirst online and got a pettiskirt dress..you could also check out century or daffys as I've gotten really pretty dresses there in the past!
