This is one of the Ohlala couture dresses- She wore it for 1st Bday and just again for New Years Eve.

Not sure how fancy you are looking for, but I just saw on Kohls website last night a cute ,more cas dress with a birthday cake on it. The bottom looks like it is pink toulle. My DD had one similar but it was a gift and I have no idea where DH's stepmom bought it.

Thanks! I saw that the other night on Kohl's website. I'm actually getting this dress for DD from Kohls, as I wanted something with long sleeves
