PMS/Aniexty Ridden Question
Its major PMS for me now, which means I'm anxious about EVERYTHING. So, I have a silly question.
I have to tell my SIL I am not going to her friend's bachelorette party. It makes me very uncomfortable to tell people no for something and this is causing me a lot of anxiety, is it okay if I email her instead of calling about it? We do email each other occassionally to make plans, so its not like we've never communicated that way.
Again, silly question, but I blame the PMS.

are you at work? I'd say email and tell her your super busy at work but didnt want to forget to tell her that you cant go...and that you'll call her later in the week? would that work?
