Chat Icon so much bottle waste.

I have a pur filter on the tap at home, and drink that. At work there's a filtered cooler.
DH drinks one PS bottle a day at work, I'm trying to find a reusable container for him that is around the same size...

I use a Brita pitcher at home, and bring Poland Spring with me to work.

Bottled water from Costo. We usually go through a 35-pack of Poland Spring bottles a week, sometimes more.

Ditto but takes me longer to go through it. About a month

Filtered and regular tap water. I use regular for cooking/coffee and filtered for drinking water. The fluoride is important for DD's teeth.

I'm amazed & appalled at the amount of people using bottled water from the store!

I second the flouride comment, the kids need it. Chat Icon

Does all of Long Island have flouride in the water? I rememebr having to take a flouride vitamin when I was a kid because it didn't?

Filtered through the fridge.
If Im out and about I'll buy bottled water and reuse that bottle to refill at home or take on the road.
I buy maybe 2 or 3 bottles of water a week.

Re: Poll: Bottled/Tap/ or Filitered Tap?

Bottled water only. If I refill at work in NYC I drink it straight from the faucet since it's really good water. I just think our water tastes a little funky. We are planning to get a water filter for the faucet though.

I am also appaled.

As for the flouride, you are correct. I read a study not to long ago that said many more children are getting cavities now because of the increase of bottled water usage.
