Pork loin and apples (crockpot)

Made this last night and DH went nuts for it! So I thought I would share it with you all Perfect with mashed potatoes to pick up that extra gravy!

-pork loin - sprinkle generously with black pepper, garlic powder, and cinnamon and a little kosher salt
-4 apples pealed and wedged in apple corer
-1/2 cup of apple sauce
-1 large onion, cut into large pieces
-3 tablespoons brown sugar

set it all day on low... amazing!

oh, apples on the bottom of crock pot, then put the pork loin on top of them!

this sounds awesome! Too bad my DH doesn't like cooked apples. :( Otherwise I'd totally make this!

i cooked it all day on low.
the sauce is very thin... not a gravy like consistency... but i think if you added some cornstarch you could probably thicken it up!
