Possible placenta movement with previa

For those of you with placenta previa…for the past three days I have been having pulling feelings/pain near the bottom of my abdomen.

I know this can be the ligaments stretching and/or the uterine lining stretching. I am hoping that maybe it’s my placenta moving up? Has anyone experienced this?

I will be 23 weeks tomorrow and was diagnosed with complete placenta previa at 16 wks.

Hi I had previa too, diagnosed at 20 wks; I had a sono at 27 wks & found out it had moved. I was experiencing pain when I walked far or moved quickly, but I can't say I felt when the placenta moved; except for the fact I felt less pressure immediately & was able to walk much easier.

Thanks SweetCin. I have been feeling this pressure/pain for the past two days. I am hoping at my 28 week apt. I will get a nice suprise and the placenta will have moved.
