Posterior pelvic pain...the lower back/upper butt pain...

What can you do to relieve it, it's so annoying! Sitting, bending over, walking, whatever! Help!

I tried prenatal yoga last week and while it was good, it was HARD to do because even sitting Indian style bothered my back/butt area...


One of the midwives at my practice said to stretch, try yoga, then maybe massage...if all else fails chiro, a maternity band


Any other ideas? I guess I'll go back to prenatal yoga this week, I want to be more flexible/strong for labor but this pain is literally a PITA.
