Postpartum support (band) recommendation
What did you use for postpartum support and did you find it helpful ??

Postpartum support recommendation
I bought a faja....which is a super girdle that was originally used for after surgery. A lot of spanish women use them post pregnancy and it helps to suck things back into place.

I tried wearing one but with the breastfeeding, that plan didn't work out. Luckily my stomach went back to its normal size within 2 weeks postpartum. Now my hips, thighs and butt is totally a different story.

I used the one they gave me in the hospital. and it wasnt exactly comfy but it did the job.
