Potato Chip Cookie Recipe!
This cookie is sooo good! Its like a sugar cookie--you do not taste any potato chips!
Try it out--its SO simple!
1 Cup Sugar
1 C. Butter (softened)
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1 Cup Crushed Potato Chips
Mix all ingredients together and roll into small balls.
Put on greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes (or until edges are brown)
Yum!
Think I will make some this weekend
