potato salad
Anyone have a good simply recipe for potato salad using I guess they r idaho potatoes??

Loaded baked potato salad
Bake potatoes for one hour. Let cool and cut into chunks.
Mix together equal amounts of sour cream and softened butter, add in salt and pepper. Cook up a bunch of bacon and crumble. Mix all together with some shredded cheddar. Serve at room temp

I love Waldbaums' sour cream potato salad... just seems like sour cream and spring onions... YUM

I just made a potato salad this weekend and it was really simple in ingredients but really delicious. I didn't measure anything but consisted of the following:
> Boil cubed potatoes
> Make a dressing consisting of extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar and low fat mayonnaise. I added black pepper and salt. Mix it all together until it fully blends. Chop onions into tiny pieces and add to the dressing.
> Once the potatoes cool down, add on top and refrigerate for a few hours.
