How many points plus would you count this as? I am getting brown sauce on the side with brown rice.

Thanks!

Cooked brown rice is 5 points for cup. One cup of cooked chicken is also 5 points. Broccoli is 0 points. So I'd probably count it as 12 points with the sauce.

i would suggest adding a cup of egg drop soup for 1 point and having less rice to drop the pp value.

I actually take the chicken out ..weigh that (1 pt an ounce) and count the broccoli as zero!

This is what I do too. According to the PP book, brown sauce is 1 PP per 1/4 cup.
