I am on Prima Care One, they have actaully helped with my constipation.
They have Omega-3 in them which is a natural stool softener.

I'm taking CitraNatal DHA and have been since even before I got pregnant and I've never had a problem with them. I am now 29 weeks.

Oh yes!!! My doctor switched me to Prenate with stool softner. It was easy going from there on out!

Mine have stool softner in them, and my stool has been anything but soft , but I've always had problems in the bowel dept
