Question About Pre Natal Vitamins
DH and I are probably going to start TTC in the spring or summer. When should i start taking the vitamins?

My doctor gave me a prescription for them and told me to start taking them one month prior to TTC.

I just went for my pap and told my GYN that we would be actively TTC in the spring and she gave me an rx for pre-natals. She said they recommend having them in your system for 3 months before getting PG.

I think most ob's recommend a few months prior to ttc. But there are plenty of women out there who dont start until they are acutally pregnany.

Ive been wondering the same thing. I take a multivitamin, but didnt know if im supposed to start the prenatal ones. I want to start trying in June.
