Prenatal Yoga in Suffolk?
I've been going to Yoga Yama in Patchogue and love my instructor but I was wondering if there was anywhere else I can go that focuses only on prenatal yoga. Anyone??

Prenatal Yoga in Suffolk?
There's a spot in Bay Shore. It's annoying because it's not something that's easy to find, and most places only have class once a week or even less frequent. I've honestly just been going to my regular class and making modifications. Would love to hear if anyone has any ideas!
