i agree with you but you have to keep in mind their image, they want to appear like everyone else "touchable" in a sense. Also, she is decades younger than many other first ladies.

i agree with you but you have to keep in mind their image, they want to appear like everyone else "touchable" in a sense. Also, she is decades younger than many other first ladies.
oo i totally see your point. and i like the for this. but i think the shoulder is a little much.

i do think her style in much better then any other 1st lady but the thing about the shirt is the round blue design is right over her boob and it looks not right

the other thing is we don't even know where they were or where they were going when this pic was taken.
maybe they were having a date night? or dinner with friends?
hopefully our idea of what a first lady and first couple is can change...b/c I'd hate for our expectations to change them as a couple.

i just think what she is wearing is a lot more casual than the suit he is wearing to be going to the same event

I love it. I don't care who she is, she looks good.
However, I don't think it was meant to be like that. There is too much fabric folded under her right arm. The right sleeve is long, the left sleeve is way short. I think it is a round next and was supposed to be on both shoulders, but slipped off.

I really like her shirt.. I don't however like it paired with cream colored cropped tuxedo slacks... not because she's the First Lady.. I wouldn't like the combination on anyone...
Seperately I like both pieces for her.
