Pretty sure this is a silly question, but for those who know the movie NEMO well---
are there a lot of scary parts? I haven't seen this movie in forever, I know there are some 'chase' type scenes, but is there anything that might totally freak out my 2 year old and do you fast forward any parts?

The first couple minutes when the mom dies is kind of scary and emotional for a 2 year old.
Then there's a shark chase and a scary fish that chases them.
Logan was fine with them if I watched with him and we talked about it after.

Kaydyn loves the movie and I don't find it to be scary. She is 2.5.

I think the beginning where his parents get sucked up into the net and push him free is pretty scary. But my DD didn't see bothered by it.

Exactly what I was going to say!

I agree with Lauren, but it's such a quick part, and it's right in the beginning I don't think that a 2 year old will actually get it yet. Jack didn't!

We skip the beginning and start with the "First day of school! First day of school!" scene.
