Probably a dumb question about the beginning of your menstrual cycle
I always feels cramps, maybe a little bit of spotting a day or 2 before I actually start bleeding. Do you count the cramps or the day you start bleeding as the 1st day of your cycle?

no... the first day is when AF is in full force.. no spotting
so it would be considered CD1 full flow!

That's what I figured...I just wasn't positive if the spotting counts as day 1. Thanks!

most books/docs will tell you that the first day you need a pad/tampon is CD1.
