I buy from Trader Joe's (acidopholus, I think it's spelled) and I also drink Kefir smoothie daily- which is jampacked with probiotics.

I take IC Pearls. My peri recommends this brand. They sell them at GNC or health food stores but amazon has them the cheapest.
