problem with the summer day/night video monitor
DD was taking a nap earlier and I heard her making noise so I hit the monitor part to check on her and it was all grey. Has anyone every had this problem, if you what did you do? I'm going to call them tomorrow, but I'm so mad, its not even a year old yet.

is the light bar orange or red all the way on the left? mine has done that when the battery is going to die...once i plugged it in, it was fine, and once it charged again, it was fine!

Are you sure it was on? I had the same issue and was getting annoyed and turned out I hadn't turned it on,oops. The monitor overall is good but the battery life is awful, that's my main complaint. Oh and seeing the neighbors
kids too

I had the same problem. You have to call the company and replace the battery. HTH!
