mine were e-mailed to me and i did already use the ones that expired today. when i logged in today, they said "redeemed." i think it's only a 'surprise' to you is if you're somehow missing the e-mails. make sure it doesn't go to your spam folder.

 I haven't gotten any emails about this and I just checked online and I have $26, but $15 expired today!
I hope they really do let us extend it til the end of the month!

Shapla, thank SO much for posting this.
I have to admit...I'm pretty p*ssed right now.
We signed up in the store--we were never told that there was an online component to this.
I have $19 in coupons that expired today. I'm ****** about it.
I'm going to call customer service tomorrow...I spent a LOT of money in December and I don't think I should lose out just because I had no idea they were sitting in an account that didn't exist.
It's not even like they were sending emails, because we didn't have our membership number linked to an address.

Not that it matters now that it's the 15th but those of you that posted yesterday that they expired yesterday..............you were able to use them yesterday. Mine said good through the 14th, I cashed $30 of them in yesterday with no problem. Just wanted to give you a heads up for the future, they are good the day of the expiration date.

Just wanted to give you a heads up for the future, they are good the day of the expiration date.
Coupons are always good up until the close of business on their expiration date.
I will definitely be on the phone with customer service today. A VERY unfair way to do business, IMO.

I didn't see this post until today and I had 25 dollars that expired yesterday. I didn't even know about this and I called and they said they won't do anything. Ask mad
