Psychology Students
Can anyone recommend a good research article on something drug / alcohol related? I need a study, not a review or conceptual article.
I'm doing a masters in forensic psych and have to hand in an abstract for a term paper. I'm having the hardest time just picking one from a scholarly journal! Thanks!

i don't know what you are supposed to write about but what about the increased incidence of premature births due to drugs.

I am going for my masters in mental health counseling. Is there something that you are interested in?
I am looking to work with the adolescene population so I always try to focus on that. Good luck. What about drug use and crime? I am sure you will be able to get something within those parameters.

I usually like to focus on children or adolescents too. This professor was so broad - any research article from a scholarly journal! It seems like you have to pay to access this, which is annoying b/c how do you know you want to use it before you get to read it!

what about drug use as a pre-morbid factor for schizophrenia. There is lots of research, (especially regarding marijuana) and prodromal schizophrenia.
