PumpKin Bread
I always knew I loved pumpkin muffins and pumpkin bread but I just got my first loaf from whole foods yesterday and I think I am finishing it tonight.. I think I have eaten the whole darn thing myself!

Trader Joe's sells a box of pumpkin bread mix that you can make bread or muffins from and I was so worried last year after the holidays that we wouldn't have any that I stocked up on 11 boxes of it!!! I still have 5 left, and now it's in stock in the stores again! Oops!!! But it's delicious. 
I made muffins the other day and put chocolate chips in half of them and they're fabulous! So easy to make. You just add eggs, oil, and water, mix, and put in the pan or tins... poof, there's your fresh baked bread or muffins! Highly recommend!

Sounds Delish!!!
Yes, I seem to eat everything in one sitting these days too. Despite the fact that the serving size will say 6.
