Question about birthday parties from a novice planner...
Thank you in advance to anyone who gets through this- I am having DD's first non-family-party and I have some questions. It will also be the first party outside of the home.
-Do you invite kids your DC's never met? I am in a book club and two women have kids DD's age. We went to a bday party for one of the kids recently, but we were asked as an afterthought because they needed to make a minimum. I was not offended by this- but should I invite her and her DC? And then do I invite the other woman even though my DD and her DC have never met?
- Do I invite ALL the kids from daycare, even the baby-babies? I have no issue with asking all the kids but I don't want those parents to feel put out because their kids can't really take part, but I don't want to be rude either.
- There is a little girl who used to go to DD's daycare and she and DD were buddies- this little girl has a nanny now and DD hasn't seen her since the holidays- should I invite her?
-Do I invite adults who have no kids (my aunts/uncles) because I was going to have a small family thing at my house after- my entire family is OOT.
Thanks for helping me!

I would say this.... #1 I would not invite kids that your DD had never met(IMO you will regret starting this) #2 I would invite the little girl your DD was buddies with #3 I would not invite family with no kids if it is at a kiddie place
