So after reading about these on here I got them for my just turned 4 yr old. My question is - how do you use these to teach reading and sounding out if your child just immediately memorizes the book? I'm assuming this is a common thing? DS has a very good memory and with the first 4 books he memorized them pretty much on the first read through. It makes it impossible to teach in the sounding out b/c he basically fakes the sounding out b/c he has already memorized the book. We are having the same problem with books 5 and 6 although they took 2 or 3 read throughs...
